For more than 35 years, Greg has worked to help healthcare companies hire ideal executives who will exceed company expectations and deliver phenomenal results. A highly collaborative, client-focused recruiting professional, Greg works to build professional partnerships with companies so he can manage and deliver high-quality service and results on even the most challenging recruiting projects.
Greg started his recruiting career in 1989 at Colorado’s foremost contingency recruiting firm, Careers, Ltd as a senior account executive where he specialized in placing sales and marketing professionals with medical product, healthcare services and pharmaceutical companies. In 1993, he accepted a position as Vice President at CLGS, working with founder and master recruiter Paul Rubin.
When Paul retired in 2003, Greg stepped in as President and owner, working with clients like DaVita, Epiphany Dermatology, Telecare Corporation, United Healthcare, and more. After rebranding CLGS to Healthcare Talent Advisors, Greg joined the Sanford Rose Associates network of offices. He is continually committed to connecting talented executives to the companies that need them.
